March List

March – Gentle Growth & Learning

  1. Learn something new online – a short YouTube series or free class on a topic you enjoy (history, gardening, art, dogs, etc.).

  2. Refresh one room for spring – change a throw pillow, wash a curtain, add a plant or faux greenery.

  3. Try one new recipe each week – keep them simple and senior-friendly.

  4. Start a “small joy” journal – write down one good thing each day in March.

  5. Reconnect with someone from your past – call, email, or message one person you miss.

If creating Florida divorce papers counts, I can check this off my list.
