Rain, Rain, Go Away

I’m not getting out of he house three times this week because, as cute as my rain coat is, I’m not in the mood to get cold and wet.

I’ve been reading, my house is clean, my website is current. I may cook but … I have a new box of shredded wheat so cooking is questionable.

I found several new quick and easy pasta recipes on Eating Well. I may break down and make one for dinner this evening to see if I like it enough to make a meal prep amount.

I reached out to Joan and have a lunch date scheduled. Brady, Kelly, and I are headed to lunch and a winery tomorrow for a delayed Mother’s Day and Birthday celebration.
