What’s Up???

I don’t even remember how many days I’ve spent staring out at the ice. After a week and a half of watching cars drive by on the road, I paid a small fortune to have three very nice men dig out my driveway and car so I could go to Tractor Supply. That is the extent of my outside adventures for the last two weeks.

On the positive side …

• I cleared all the white treasures from the top of my kitchen cabinets.

• Sorting said treasures for keeping or tossing was a major ugh task.

• I’ve sold a few more puppies.

• I’ve paid bills — the primary ugh task.

• Brady and I have enjoyed laughing at Schitt’s Creek

• The other son has had ups and downs, mostly ups. We have had discussions about his sharing and not wanting responses, and my feeling of “too bad” go alk to a lamp post.

I’m looking forward to the slight warm-up predicted for the next week and taking some time to tidy up in the kennel. Some dog clipping is long overdue. I have accumulated many bags of trash in the basement that, once the gates open and the mule can cross the ice, will be loaded into the dumpster.

I have a rescheduled hair appointment this week, and OMGosh Max is desperately in need of a spa day.

As of today, spring is 39 days away!!!!
